Robert’s extensive career has left him widely recognised among colleagues for a number of performance awards including several area record prices. He has proven results in the art of negotiation and leaves his clients assured that they have received the best price possible. Some of these notable achievements include:
- Finalist of the award for excellence in Auction marketing NSW 1998
- Winner of the award for excellence in Property Marketing NSW 2001
- Finalist of the award for excellence in Auctioneering NSW 2004
- Winner of the award for excellence in Auction Marketing NSW 2008
Robert started work in the real estate industry in 1988 after over a decade in hospitality. In 2013 he celebrated his 24th wedding anniversary with Leonie and enjoys life with their children Alex 21 and Renee 20. Robert gives value back to the industry and the community. He is a past President of the Real Estate Institute (Northern Beaches division) of NSW and is frequently sought by leading print media and television for expert commentary on the real estate market in Sydney.
Robert is involved in the Sophie Delezio charity ‘Day of Difference’ and ‘Bear Cottage Hospice Manly’ for critically ill children, as well as sponsoring the local Seaforth Football Club and Balgowlah Heights public schools. A recent heart-felt project recognised as “Audrey’s wish” featured on Channel nine’s ACA program consisted of Robert and Leonie Klaric assisting in the purchase of a home to help a terminally ill cancer sufferer, Audrey Myrden provide for her three beautiful young boys, Jack, Charlie and Declan.
